As one of the projects of the EU partnership on Circular Economy, Circular Affairs has been commissioned by the municipality of The Hague to develop a guide for cities to improve their resource management in a more efficient and circular. This roadmap consists of three pillars, namely a) inventory of material flows, b) tool to transform the linear resource flows into circular flows and c) monitoring, what is the result of the implementation. The roadmap provides a concrete process with substantiated arguments for an assessment for a resource efficiency plan tailored to the needs of city.
